Major Accountabilities
• Define the product launch strategy, planning and allocating resources to projects according to expertise and skills, to accelerate the launch and access of RLT products.
• Lead squad members allocating people, and resources (including budget allocation), to projects according to their expertise, skills and personal growth expectations. Defines & implements tactical plans, ensuring right prioritization and work distribution to meet timelines.
• Define and implement the adequate governance process for each project and milestone gate checks to ensure launch readiness, consistency and persistency of branding, and timely decision-making. • Guarantee the identification HC system requirements, identifying needs, opportunities and bottlenecks, ensure the development of adequate solutions to fit system and stakeholders needs, thus contributing to maximize business results.
• Build and sustain long-term partnerships, engaging key decision makers, by identifying their priorities, drivers, pressures and needs, to build the conditions for sustainable value co-creation.
• Liaise with Global, Region Europe and WEC, to collect insights, best practices, experiences and inputs.
• Identify beyond-the-molecule solutions and offerings to create and capture more value around our medicine and design innovative business models in line with the overall strategy.
• Develop and manage strategic planning effort to best support the vision and roadmap for new launches, guaranteeing effective project implementation.
• Align ambition of expected launch outcomes with targets, budgets and go-to-market model.
• Identify and develop launch-specific capabilities, both for respective project team and field force, guaranteeing the adequacy of skills and knowledge to support launches.
• Interact with others in a positive and constructive way, being open to diversity and

Ideal Background
Education & Qualifications
Master’s degree in business and Administration, Science or Marketing and/or MBA
Languages
• Local language
• Fluent in English
Experiences and requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience working with high-performing commercial, marketing, medical and or access teams in healthcare/life sciences industry
• Experience working in 2 areas our of Market Access/ Medical/ Marketing
• Project management experience
• Agile/ Lean or Scrum methodologies knowledge (preferred)
• People management experience, with customer facing team management being a plus
• Track record of highly successful delivery and positive performance results
• Proven ability to drive successful launches
• Reliable self-starter, proactive, initiator, change agent.
• Demonstrable leadership skills and experience engaging with and introducing innovation into HCS
• In depth knowledge of customer/marketplace, key dynamics and current knowledge of key competitors and their likely strategies
• He/she must be comfortable working as the first employee in this new organization; in other words, a hands-on, roll up the sleeves approach will be essential
• Travel as required
• Able to analyze financial data as well as industry data related to sales, market share, price/volume, call activity, market research, etc. Able to credibly articulate data related to market trends, performance, and strategies to achieve goals to various internal and external audiences
• While entrepreneurial, ability to maintain the highest degree of integrity, represent the company’s high ethics, moral behavior, and professionalism.
